Services & Pricing

Three ways to work together — one clean set of books.

Every engagement starts with the same foundation: accurate, current books you can trust. From there, you choose how much of the day-to-day money work you want off your plate. Whether you need the essentials handled or the whole thing managed, the goal is the same — you spend less time on the books and more time running your business.

Let's scope it
Behind on your books? Most new clients start with a one-time clean-up to bring everything current — then move onto a monthly plan. We'll scope it together.
i
On payables, you stay in control of the money. We enter the bills, track what's due, and queue payments — you give the final click to release funds. You keep every dollar of authority over your own accounts; we just make sure nothing slips.
How pricing works

Straightforward pricing, set to fit your business.

I don't bill by the hour, and I don't do surprise invoices. Every client pays a flat monthly fee, agreed to up front, so you always know exactly what bookkeeping costs — no meter running, no bill that balloons in a busy month.

Your fee is based on the real shape of your business: how many accounts and transactions you have, and which services you need. A solo operator with a couple of accounts pays less than an established shop with payroll and a stack of monthly bills — because they should. We land on your number together, after a short conversation about how your business actually runs.

If you're behind, we'll handle that with a one-time clean-up — a separate, one-time fee to bring everything current — before you move onto your monthly plan.

What's not included

What I do — and what I don't.

Good bookkeeping means knowing exactly where my work ends and someone else's begins. Here's where the lines are, so there are no surprises:

I keep your books tax-ready; I don't file your taxes.

When it's time to file, your books will be clean, organized, and ready to hand to your CPA or tax preparer — but I'm not a tax preparer, and I don't give tax advice.

On your bills, you stay in control of the money.

For clients on the Advisory plan, I manage the payables process — entering bills, tracking what's due, and queuing payments — but you give the final approval to release funds. Your money never moves without your say-so.

I'm a bookkeeper, not a financial advisor.

My work is keeping your records accurate and your reporting clear. I don't provide investment, financial planning, or securities advice, and nothing I provide should be taken as such. Clean books help you make good decisions — but the decisions, and any advice on them, stay with you and your advisors.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to be on QuickBooks already?

No. If you're already on QuickBooks Online, I'll pick up where you are. If you're not — whether you're on another system or working out of a spreadsheet and a folder of receipts — I'll get you set up. Your books live in QuickBooks Online either way, so you can log in and see them anytime.

What if I'm behind on my books?

That's normal, and it's fixable. Most new clients start somewhere behind — a few months, sometimes a few years. We'll bring everything current with a one-time clean-up, then keep it current with your monthly plan. No judgment.

How much does it cost?

Every client pays a flat monthly fee, set to the size and needs of their business — no hourly billing, no surprises. We settle on your number after a short conversation about how your business runs. Book a consultation and I'll give you a clear quote.

Do you file my taxes?

No — I keep your books clean and tax-ready so your CPA or tax preparer has everything they need at filing time. I work alongside your tax professional, not in place of one.

Where are you located, and do you work with clients outside New Jersey?

I'm based in Chatham, New Jersey, and I work with businesses across the state — and, because everything runs in QuickBooks Online, with clients nationwide. Distance makes no difference to the quality of your books.

How do we get started?

It starts with a free consultation — a conversation about your business, your books, and where you stand. From there I'll get you set up and take the books off your plate. No pressure, no obligation.

Ready to hand off the books?

One conversation is all it takes to get started. Let's talk about your business and figure out the right fit.
